Party policy.

Important Note - Please read carefully

  • Deposit is non-refundable once booked.

  • You may reschedule your event 1 (one) time as long as the event occurs within 90 (ninety) days of the original party reservation date

  • Notice of reschedule must occur at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event day.

  • The remainder of your balance due and any additional fees will be collected at the time of the party.

  • All attendees must complete a waiver before being permitted in the play area. Please share the waiver form with your guests. Waiver link

  • To inquire about extending the time frame of your reservation, please email Info@ChickyPlayMuseum.com. Additional fees will apply.

  • Tips are not expected but are greatly appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to your Chicky Party Team.

Decoration Terms

  • A 6ft folding table is available for your use with no extra charge. We do not supply table covers for DIY Package.

  • Backdrops up to 5'x4' can be hung using temporary paint-safe tape or command style hangers on our walls.

  • You are welcome to bring small or large decorations, including balloons and garlands. Decorations may be delivered within the party time. Utilization of "Command" type hooks for affixing garland and balloons is required as we are not able to use tape, nails, or tacks.

  • No piñatas, confetti, glitter, or smash cakes allowed.

Food Restrictions Policy

  • You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. All food and drinks are to be enjoyed in the party area only. Refrain from bringing food and drinks into the playhouses or carpeted area.

Footwear Policy

  • All guests (including Adults) must wear socks. Be sure to inform all guests of our sock policy. If socks are forgotten, we do offer socks for purchase for $2

Capacity Limit

  • Maximum number of children allowed: 24

  • Maximum total number of guests allowed: 60

  • We are not able to make exceptions to this rule due to our fire code requirements.

Start and End Time Policy

  • You may use the first 30 minutes of your party start time to set-up decorations.

  • Decorations and food items may only be delivered within this time frame.

  • Your hour rental includes our Chicky Party Team's assistance in setting up and cleaning up.

  • We will provide you with a reminder of your party ending time approximately 30 minutes and 15 minutes prior to the end time.

  • We often have back-to-back parties, so please be mindful of your set-up and clean-up time frames.

Payment Terms

  • Your remaining balance is due at the end of the party. In the case of non-payment, you authorize Chicky Play Museum to charge the card on file for the outstanding balance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the underlying agreement. If the card on file is declined or for any reason unable to cover the outstanding balance, you agree to provide an alternative form of payment with 7 days from the date of your party. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional fees, late charges, or collection fees as permitted by law.
