• Our Weekend hours vary due to private parties and Events. We recommend checking Calendar below and playtime page for capacity 55 max before you head out.

• Mon-Fri We've scheduled a time block for private events from 5 to 7 PM. If there are no birthday parties or events scheduled, we will extend playtime to 7 PM.

• Socks are required for adults and children in the play area.

• First time visiting us? ​It is RECOMMENDED that you complete the waiver prior to arrival. This will speed up the check-in process. Sign up only 1 time Waiver Link

• We’re cashless store. We accept debit card, credit card, Apple pay and Cash App

• $18.50 per child for 2 hours playtime. We charge on a per child basis. Fees include admission for 1 child and up to 2 adults. In situations where more than 2 adults accompany a child, an additional admission fee will be charged.

• A Sibling under 12 months or over 8 years old can join for free if accompanied by a paying sibling.

• We offer a 2 hrs play session. Walk in based,No reservation needed. Be sure to check our current capacity before arriving - we are limited to a maximum capacity of 55 guests.

• We take a short break from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM to reset and sanitize the play area, ensuring a clean and safe space for everyone to enjoy. During this time, our café remains open, so feel free to relax, hang out, or treat yourself to something delicious!

• We want everyone to have a great time! We reserve the right to ask guests to take a break if their behaviors are disruptive to other guests.

Thank you for your understanding as we work to accommodate everyone’s preferences!

• Same day, Same Child RE-ENTRY You can come back the same day if there’s still time left on your session and we have an open play session available. Please tell our staff at the check in before you leave. We’ll pause your time. It’s only for the same day and same child. Have fun!

• If your child isn't feeling well, please refrain from visiting. Look out for symptoms like fever, diarrhea, vomiting, cough, runny nose, or rash. We reserve the right to ask you to return another day to ensure everyone's health and safety.

• A parent or guardian must always supervise children during their visit.

• Outside food is not permitted. Food and drinks should be enjoyed in the café seating area only.

• Please keep shoes off and socks on at all times, including adults. If you forget, Chicky grippy socks are available for purchase onsite if needed.

• Please sanitize your hands upon entering and exiting the play area.

• Keep toys away from interactive sandboxes, sand toys are only allowed in kinetic sandboxes.

• Avoid standing or climbing on toys.

• Play gently with toys and respect others' playtime.

• We require a 4 children to 1 adult ratio per visit. Please bring an additional adult to help supervise if you are bringing more than 4 children to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit.

Stroller are not allowed in the play area so that our tiny visitors have the space to run freely and safely. We kindly ask that all strollers be left in the vehicle. If bringing a stroller is necessary, please fold the stroller and park it outside of the play area, making sure not to block the walkway or entry doors.
